本文以作者在海南黎族村寨福關村的田野調查為基礎，詳細的記錄了福關村的自然生態資源和社會組織結構，尤其將重點放在了當地經濟生活與政治生活的重要方面－－「飲酒」。透過對幫工酒、竄門酒、喪宴酒、滿月酒、新房酒等一系列日常儀式飲酒與節日飲酒的記錄與分析，充分的展現了福關村村民獨特的民族文化風貌，深刻的追問了少數民族族群在生活方式選擇上的獨特的文化傾向性。

This article take it as a foundation, where the author do his fieldwork in the FuGuan village which is li ethnic in HaiNan. It has recorded the village's natural resources and the structure of social organization. 'Drinking' is seen as an important aspect in the local economic and the political life. By investigate and analysis a series of behaviors about drinking in everyday life or holiday, such as drinking for helper, visitor, bereavement, aging children, and wedding, the author fully exhibit the FuGuan village's unique culture style. Furthermore, the author profoundly study the ethnic life style as well as tendentiousness in the cultural choice.
