踏入職場對於大多數人來說,是人生中必須擁有的一段歷程。當進入職場,除了完成肩負的工作責任與達成自我的目標之外,職場上的相處也是同樣重要的一門課題,而如何保持良好的人際關係,以及職場中有哪些不可以觸碰的忌諱行為,都是身處職場環境中,必須多加留心注意的,如此一來才能在職場上給予他人留下正面優良的評價。本研究以立意及便利抽樣為主,採取台北大學企管系進修部與在職專班學生為對象,利用不同構面來探討職場忌諱行為內涵,並以層級分析法歸納並了解職場忌諱行為的重要性排序,最後根據研究結果提供其相關理論與實務之建議。

英文摘要

For most people, it is necessary to have such an experience to enter the workplace. When entering the workplace, there are some lessons that we will learn about. Besides achieving the goal and finishing the work, how to maintain a good relationship with the colleagues in the workplace, and realize the workplace taboo behaviors are also important topics that we should focus on. By this way, we can leave a positive and excellent impression to others. This research is purposive and convenience sampling mainly taken by the evening division and executive master of Department of Business Administration in Taipei University, using different aspects to discuss workplace taboo behavior, and using AHP to summarize and understand the importance of workplace taboo behavior, finally providing advice related to the theory and practice of it is based. The purpose of this study is to develop and conclude workplace taboo behaviors and prioritization.
