肩部粘連性關節囊炎，又稱冷凍肩，是一個常見但病因不明，造成肩部疼痛與活動範圍減少的疾病。它可以單獨表現或是與糖尿病及一些肩部疾病共同表現( 例如肩峰下滑囊炎及二頭肌肌腱病變)。診斷重點在肩部疼痛與關節主動與被動活動範圍皆減少。但須小心鑑別診斷如肩關節炎、腫瘤、二頭肌肌腱病變、肩峰鎖骨關節病變、自體免疫疾病、旋轉肌腱病變或斷裂，肩峰下滑囊炎及三角肌下滑囊炎。治療大部分採取非手術治療即可，包含居家復健物理治療，疼痛控制、口服類固醇、及關節擴張術等，雖然治療選擇有很多，但少數有高等級的實證。手術治療如肩關節鏡關節囊鬆解，因為效果良好且併發症少，越來越廣為接受。
