顱內生殖細胞瘤(intracranial germinomas)，又稱為無性胚胎瘤(dysgerminomas) 或稱為性腺外精原細胞瘤(extragonadal segminomas)，是一種好發於兒童或青少年的生殖細胞瘤。此種腫瘤於顱內通常好發於中線，絕大多數發生於松果體(pineal gland)，或是少部分發生於第三腦室底、蝶鞍上等位置。臨床表現依生長位置而有所不同，包括腦壓增加、向上注視癱瘓、眼震、性早熟、尿崩症、癲癇、行為異常等。
