社區施打長效針劑的思覺失調症患者，認知衛教有無對其再住院率及症狀影響

思覺失調症患者常存在著復發的問題，患者對於抗精神病藥物的服從性不佳為首要復發的原因。近年來，長效針劑在病患主觀滿意度、疾病緩解、預防復發及預後上，均有顯著成效。臨床上，仍有許多病患因為對長效針劑使用不清楚，疾病缺乏病識感及其他相關因素，造成藥物治療中斷，導致疾病復發。此外，除了藥物治療外，心理治療在思覺失調症患者預後所扮演的角色也越來越重要。社區居家治療模式，藉由醫師和居家護理師到家進行訪視、衛教及藥物給予，增加了病患與醫療人員互動的機會。
