小腦橋腦角位在後顱窩外側延伸至內聽道，是聽神經瘤(acoustic neuroma)的好發位置，由於解剖構造的複雜性，腫瘤可能同時影響聽神經、前庭神經、面神經、腦幹、小腦等中樞構造，因此在處置上，往往需要透過耳科及神經外科醫療團隊的合作，在顯微手術下達到腫瘤切除，同時降低術後併發症的目標。本文將介紹聽神經瘤不同顯微手術途徑之應用。
