黴漿菌肺炎(mycoplasma pneumonia)是一種由支原體細菌感染所導致的肺炎，為最常見的非典型肺炎(atypical pneumonia)，所有年齡層都可能受到感染，常見於年輕族群，一年四季也都有病例報告。典型的症狀包含反覆咳嗽、發燒發冷、倦怠等。其他非呼吸道症狀包含腸胃不適、皮膚紅疹、肌肉關節疼痛，少部分病人甚至會有心臟或中樞神經方面的疾病。黴漿菌肺炎主要以血清學檢查做為診斷依據，影像學的表現並不具有特異性。巨環類黴素(macrolides)為治療黴漿菌感染的主要選擇，然而近年來全球特別亞洲地區黴漿菌逐漸對巨環黴素產生抗藥性，因此治療時仍需要審慎評估。
