硬金屬肺病是一種罕見的職業性肺部疾病，可能會發生在從事製造、使用或維修工具的勞工身上；硬金屬主要由碳化鎢和鈷組成，常用於研磨及鑽孔的刀具或鑽頭上。臨床上，硬金屬肺病類似於過敏性肺炎，但有可能進展為肺纖維化。和塵肺症的表現不同，因為這種疾病與累積粉塵暴露量的關聯性小，主要和每個人的易感性相關。本文藉由臨床案例分享，進一步介紹硬金屬暴露造成的肺部傷害，希望能增進第一線臨床人員對此疾病的認識和敏感度。
