橈隧道症候群(radial tunnel syndrome, RTS)盛行於30至50歲的女性，其隨著手肘外側與前臂背側疼痛會輻射至手腕及手指背部的症狀而被診斷。RTS是由橈骨頭及旋後肌(supinator muscle)下方邊緣壓迫橈神經所引起的間歇性疼痛，可能伴隨疼痛引起的無力，但初期並無因為神經病變引起的伸肌肌肉無力。壓迫可能發生於5個不同的部位，而福洛氏拱門(arcade of Frohse)是最常發生橈神經壓迫的區域。臨床檢查比肌電圖測試或影像學研究更為重要，使用九區測試精確定位疼痛位置、中指及手腕伸展的無力表現皆為診斷RTS重要的理學檢查。職業性橈隧道症候群是近來才逐漸被認識的職業病，可以經由評估作業場所的人體工學危害因素，採取適當的改善措施而加以有效預防。增進醫師對職業性橈隧道症候群的認識，將有助於此類職業病的認定與防治。
