肺部蘭格罕式組織細胞增生症(pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis, PLCH)，又稱為肺部組織細胞增生症X(pulmonary histiocytosis X)，是一種少見的間質性肺病，主要發生在年輕族群，和吸菸有很大的關聯性，大多數的患者都有吸菸史。由於此疾病的症狀並不具特異性，因此並不容易與其他疾病做出明顯的區別，藉由這一篇文章，我們要來探討這個疾病的表現及特色。
