腦機介面(brain-computer interface)為利用腦部輸出的神經訊號,藉由電腦與程式的運算,進而能對控制機械義肢或外骨骼的技術。無論是對於先天的神經退化疾病,或是後天因中風或是外傷性脊髓損傷造成的肢體癱瘓,皆有復健輔助的功效,更進一步,能利用此技術,輔助其基本生活功能,以回歸日常生活為目標。
