反暈徵(reversed halo sign)是一種少見的肺部影像學徵象，其定義為在胸部高解析度電腦斷層肺窗(high-resolution chest CT lung window)中表現為以毛玻璃狀病灶(ground glass opacity)為中心，周邊呈現較高密度的新月形或環形肺實質化病變，因其形狀特徵，文獻中亦稱為仙女環徵(fairy-ring sign)或環礁徵(atoll sign)。其最早於1996年由Voloudaki等學者提出，當時被認為這是專屬於隱源性器質性肺炎(cryptogenic organizing pneumonia)的特殊影像學徵象。其後，反暈徵被發現亦會出現在各種不同病因的肺部疾病。本文以一肺結核個案其影像學出現罕見的反暈徵為例，並藉由文獻回顧探討肺結核與反暈徵的關聯性，讓大家認識這個影像學徵象。
