肺部的淋巴上皮瘤樣癌(lymphoepithelioma-like lung carcinoma, LELC)是一種相當罕見的肺部腫瘤。此腫瘤較為盛行於東南亞或是東亞地區，和盛行鼻咽癌的地區不謀而合，也有證據指出其跟人類皰疹病毒第四型(Epstein-Barr virus, EBV)有相關性，甚至可以做為腫瘤追蹤的指標。肺部的淋巴上皮瘤樣癌的臨床症狀和影像學表現大致上和其它種類的肺部腫瘤類似，有些病人甚至沒有症狀，而是透過其它的檢查，意外發現腫瘤的存在。以下就以個案報告為開端，簡單回顧肺部的淋巴上皮瘤樣癌的各項重點。
