本文分享一名產氣性膀胱炎病患的診斷與治療經過。產氣性泌尿道感染的主要危險因子為糖尿病及泌尿道阻塞。常見的致病菌為大腸桿菌（Escherichia coli）及克雷伯氏肺炎菌（Klebsiella pneumoniae）。臨床表現與一般泌尿道感染類似，但影像檢查如KUB或電腦斷層則會在膀胱或腎臟週圍發現氣體。治療則包含系統性抗生素及適當的泌尿道引流。
