異位性皮膚炎是皮膚科醫師常見之臨床問題，研究發現百分之九十之異位性皮膚炎患者的表皮存在金黃色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus），且金黃色葡萄球菌之存在會加劇異位性皮膚炎，近幾年來次氯酸鈉（sodium hypochlorite）逐漸被用來治療異位性皮膚炎，本文簡介漂白浴（bleach baths）於異位性皮膚炎的治療。
