影像導引肌骨疼痛控制,可利用之儀器包括電腦斷層掃描,磁共振成像,超音波及X光射線引導。利用超音波檢查在肌骨病兆之偵查日益普遍,超音波引導注射疼痛控制扮演獨特優勢。與其他影像導引方式相比,超音波檢查具有獨特的優勢包括非游離輻射,實時成像,便攜性和成本效益。利用彩色多普勒超音波和彈性成像可以提供更安全的指導,尤其在使用高濃度葡萄糖液增生治療,類固醇,或5%葡萄糖液剝離神經包膜治高濃度葡萄糖液治療療時可以避開血管和神經內注射。此文將側重於超音波導引上肢,下肢和軀幹衍生的慢性疼痛注射控制。
