黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤（mucosa associated lymphoid tissue [MALT] lymphoma）是常見低惡性度性（indolent）非何杰金氏淋巴瘤（non-Hodgkin lymphoma, NHL）之一，可再分為胃黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤（gastric MALT lymphoma）和非胃黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤（non-gastric MALT lymphoma），以現今治療準則依病人情況選擇適當的治療包含幽門桿菌除菌（H. Pylori eradication）、單獨放射治療（ISRT）、手術切除或使用標靶藥物、化學治療等等能達成相對良好的預後。本文將依序介紹黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤目前之診斷與治療現況。
