隨著心導管技術及醫材的進步,經導管人工主動瓣膜植入術(transcatheter aortic valve implantation, TAVI)已經成為以往令醫師們束手無策的高手術風險之主動脈瓣狹窄病患的標準治療,然而新的技術得經得起時間的考驗,減少手術併發症及改善病人預後一直是我們心臟內科醫師努力追求的目標,儘管和十幾年前相比不論是經驗、技術、術前病人的篩選、人工主動脈瓣膜的材料和設計、血管導鞘的設計等皆有大幅進步,但如果要使更多的病人能安全地接受TAVI則還有許多待解決的問題,本篇文章將針對TAVI進行系統性文獻回顧及現況更新。
