甲溝炎（paronychia）是指甲／趾甲周邊發炎的疾病。常見的原因為趾甲甲褶（nail fold）處的皮膚保護層被破壞、長期受到化學物刺激、外傷或過度修剪趾甲。症狀除了紅腫外，常伴隨嚴重疼痛，影響患者日常生活。對於甲溝炎的治療有許多方法，包括保守性治療、趾甲護理、移除部分趾甲、趾甲基質燒灼術、趾甲矯正器及甲床重建手術等。這篇文章將簡判甲溝炎常見的原因、症狀、相關鑑別診斷，另針對不同治療方式的優缺點及適應症做分析，也分享個人的治療經驗。
