肺膿瘍（lung abscess）是肺實質內局部的化膿性感染，通常是吸入性肺炎導致的併發症，且肺部原本就有結構異常的病患較容易產生肺膿瘍；大部分由多種菌株感染導致，治療上建議使用廣效性抗生素治療，部分患者可能需要引流及手術治療。
