神經壓迫症候群是周邊神經受到壓迫所產生的問題，是臨床上常見的疼痛主訴背後的原因。通常包括感覺症狀如疼痛、感覺異常等，也可能影響運動造成肌肉的無力與萎縮。神經壓迫理論上可以發生在許多位置，但因先天解剖構造於某些部分相對好發。本文介紹數個上下肢常見之神經壓迫症候群，包括腕隧道症候群（carpal tunnel syndrome）、肘部尺神經病變（ulnar neuropathy at elbow）、橈隧道症候群（radial tunnel syndrome）、腓總神經壓迫（common peroneal nerve entrapment）、麻痛性股痛，簡介其基本的解剖學與成因、臨床症狀、診斷、及治療。肌電診斷是傳統上的黃金標準，近年則有超音波技術逐漸佔據重要角色。治療一般以藥物與緩解壓迫為主，輔以介入性治療，若為嚴重個案則需考量以手術處理。
