本篇文章討論一位自體免疫性胰臟炎的個案，術前被認為是惡性胰管腺癌，術後病理診斷為自體免疫性胰臟炎。多數自體免疫性胰臟炎對於類固醇治療反應良好，如果能及時診斷並開始使用類固醇，病患或許可以避免不必要的手術。本篇文章針對自體免疫性胰臟炎與IgG4相關疾病（IgG4 related disease）的臨床表現、血液檢驗、影像學、病理學、診斷標準與治療，做一簡要介紹，並與惡性胰臟腫瘤做鑑別診斷。
