乳房外柏哲德氏症（extramammary Paget's disease, EMPD）是一種罕見的非乳房型（non-breast form）乳頭柏哲德氏症（Paget's disease of the nipple），具有特別的症狀表現及影像學特徵。本文提供一個具典型影像學表現之個案，同時簡單討論此疾病之相關知識、影像學特徵、及鑑別診斷。
