球黴菌症（coccidioidomycosis） ； 溪谷熱（valley fever）

球黴菌症（coccidioidomycosis），又名溪谷熱（valley fever），為美洲西部之地域性感染症。病患因吸入土壤中的病原孢子而得病，表現以肺部感染為主。絕大多數的感染者不需接受治療。疾病治療以Azole類抗黴菌藥物為首要選擇。本文為一居住在盛行區域之中年病患，經診斷為球黴菌症後開始接受口服抗黴菌藥物fluconazole治療。
