近年來,地方文化館在各地紛紛成立,它們如何成為地方文化產業,達到設立的目標,是本文的出發點。本文的研究目的包括:(一)探討地方文化產業的意涵。(二)探討地方文化館的產製邏輯,及其與地方文化產業的聯結。(三)透過實際案例,提出使地方文化館成為地方文化產業資源的建議。本文以新竹市玻璃工藝博物館為研究對象,研究方法包括文獻資料的收集與分析、實地參訪、居民與專家學者意見訪談。訪談對象包括地方政府行政人員、產業界代表、新竹市民與專家學者。研究後發現,玻工館缺乏專業人員、居民參與不足、經費仰賴政府補助、產業的品牌尚待建立、整合行銷可以建立利基。乃提出持續進行社區總體營造、經營管理專業化及特色化、善用工房、進行人才培育、加強策略聯盟、發展整合行銷的機制等建議,雖是針對玻工館提出,亦希望提供其他館舍經營的參考。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years, many community cultural museums have been established. The purpose of this study is to examine how local cultural museums relate to local cultural industries. Three issues are highlighted. Firstly, the meaning of local cultural industries is explored. Secondly, the complicated relations between community cultural museums and cultural industries are discussed. Finally, ways in which community cultural museums can be an engine to drive the local cultural industries are proposed. The focus of this research was the Hsinchu Municipal Glass Museum. The data for this case study were collected through documentary analysis. Furthermore, relevant Hsinchu City government officials, local residents and cultural experts were interviewed. In conclusion, it is suggested that the Hsinchu Municipal Glass Museum work to solve the problems of shortages of professional staff and over-dependence on government funding. In addition, the museum needs to launch projects aimed at community empowerment, establish mechanisms for integrated marketing, raise awareness of its brand and form strategic alliances to attract more visitors. These suggestions can be applied to local cultural museums in general. |
