博物館蒐藏政策內涵探析－以族群博物館為案例

蒐藏是博物館重要的任務與功能，如何發展蒐藏並做好各項蒐藏作業，制訂良善的蒐藏政策是解決之道。現階段已有不少以蒐藏政策為主題的論著，但較缺乏多館的蒐藏政策比較分析。本研究考量臺灣的族群博物館正快速發展，乃以國內、外4座族群博物館為對象，採用比較法，由宗旨、蒐藏內容、藏品取得與註銷、法律與倫理、藏品著錄、保存維護及近用與利用等博物館蒐藏政策的重要內涵，分析比較案例博物館的蒐藏政策。研究發掘出案例博物館蒐藏政策內容的優點與不足之處，並提出族群博物館與博物館社群擬定或修正蒐藏政策的建議。

One of the important functions of a museum is acquisition/collection of objects. Having a strong collection policy helps museums adhere to collections stewardship standards. There is much information available regarding museum collection policies. However, comparative analyses involving multiple cases are relatively lacking. In this study, a comparative method was employed to analyze the collection policies of four ethnic museums in terms of the primary elements of collection policy: mission, extent, acquisition and deaccession, legal and ethical issues, documentation, conservation, and access and use. Advantages and disadvantages of the policies of these museums are discussed. Suggestions are also provided for ethnic museums and museum communities to develop or revise their collection policies.
