面對瞬息萬變的世界局勢及未曾停歇的全球性傳染病，博物館該如何以有效的管理方式因應變化劇烈的的未來？本文以深入淺出的方式，介紹在企業行之有年的專案管理思維及方法，並採個案分析方式，闡述專案管理方法論應用於博物館展覽的步驟與流程。本文發現，專案管理的確能協助博物館更清晰、有條理地規劃執行相關工作。專案管理讓博物館能站在制高點的角度俯瞰全貌，用系統化的思維與管理方式，有效地把概念轉化為成果。本文提出3點建議做為參考：一、具備專案管理知識及思維的團隊合作：專案團隊成員包含高階主管，如具備專案管理知識及思維，能確保所有成員資訊同步，專案更易成功；二、專案管理方法論的靈活運用：專案管理的知識體系涵蓋廣泛，實務上可依據專案的規模、複雜度、博物館組織文化等因素，調整做法，靈活運用。三、博物館專案管理標準化建立：將展覽或活動專案範例化，進而建立標準化的博物館專案管理運作模式及架構。

In the face of an ever-changing world and global pandemics, how can museums adapt and carry out effective management? In this article, project management methodology, which has been used in business for a long time, is simply explained. Through case analyses, the steps and processes for applying project management methodology to museum exhibitions are discussed. Based on the results, project management methodology helps museums to plan and execute relevant exhibition work in a clear and orderly manner, enabling a panoramic view of situations and ideas to be effectively transformed into specific outcomes via systematic thinking and management. In this article, three suggestions are provided: 1. Collaborations among team members with project management knowledge and thinking: Teams should include senior executives. If they possess project management knowledge and thinking, they can ensure that all members share information synchronously and lead the project to success. 2. Flexible application of project management methodology: The knowledge system of project management is broad. According to the scale, complexity, and organizational culture of museums, it can be adjusted and applied flexibly. 3. Standardization of museum project management practices: Models can be developed for planning exhibitions or events, followed by the establishment of standardized project management operating patterns and structures.
