Recreation is a child's right to leisure and a child support welfare service. Children's right to leisure has its specificity due to its age, ability and social environment such as family and school. In-depth interviews with this study 3 households who live in the Miaoli area have the main caregivers of the five-year-old kindergarten class children, which are two-parent families, single-parent families and inter-generational families. The study found that the structural barriers to preschool children's leisure are limited by the differences in family structure, the social comparison of leisure playmates, and the single static nature of recreational environment facilities. The conclusions of this study are summarized in the differences between family structure and residential areas, which will hinder the leisure of preschool children, the leisure rights of preschool children are subject to family ethics, and the lack of diversification of preschool children's leisure in poor subculture. The practice of this study suggests that the main caregivers of empowering women have the ability to make decisions and negotiate at home, and to link the children's leisure resources network in a timely manner, and to continuously strengthen family and school functions at the policy implementation level.
