本年初新冠肺炎，大陸以「清肺排毒湯」治療，總有效率可達90%以上，本文探討清肺排毒湯組方原理，並根據其組方原理，以「針方對應」法則，以針穴代替方劑治療本病，敘述選穴原理。

At the beginning of this year, COVID-19 was treated with ＂Qingfei Paidu Decoction＂ in the China , with a total effective rate of over 90%. This article discusses the principle of Qingfei Paidu Decoction, and according to its principle, the principle of ＂acupuncture treatment＂. Treat the disease with acupuncture instead of prescription, and describe the principle of selecting acupoints.
