順磁性金屬會造成磁場不均勻導致無法在MRI 中產生訊號,而這樣的情形會致使PET/MRI 的MR 衰減校正(MRAC)發生異常,進而影響PET 影像的正確性。本實驗即以Ge-68 勻質假體製作缺損的衰減校正圖譜(μ map),藉由修正μ map 來嘗試解決PET影像異常缺損的可能性,並就此方法進行相關討論與經驗分享。 |
英文摘要 |
Paramagnetic metal can cause non-uniform magnetic field and lose the signal in MRI, Also this could cause the MR attenuation correction (MRAC) failed in PET / MRI, and affecting the PET image of PET/MRI. This literature is based on the combined discussion to introduce and to share our experience about use the Ge-68 uniform phantom to simulate a defect attenuation correction map (μ map), then try to fix the defects and the use the corrected μ map to retro recon a new PET images to resolve the abnormal defects. |
