臨床上對於外傷性肘關節術後患者經常使用電腦化攝影板(Computed Radiographic Film,簡稱C.R. Film)來作為最基本的攝影器材。但由於 C.R. Film 仍需經過 C.R. 讀片機加以分析讀取,在影像呈現的即時性仍有時間上的些許差異,所以除非患者在行動上實屬無法配合的情況下,一般會使用數位影像放射儀(Digital Radiography,簡稱D.R)來為患者攝影。但是利用平躺式檢查台來為外傷性肘關節術後患者攝影擺位時,往往因術後關節被骨科醫材,如螺絲、鐵片或導引鐵條加以固定後,在身體的伸展與配合度上就有明顯的困難度。本次研究收集140 位外傷性肘關節術後患者,其中男性76 人,女性64 人,年齡18 歲至80 歲,平均年齡43.0 歲,分成對照組與實驗組進行。對照組為一般在平躺式檢查台做檢查,而實驗組則是在直立式檢查台做檢查。所得到的結果,對照組中真正得到正側位影像為4.3%,實驗組中真正得到正側位影像為87.1%,兩組結果確實有明顯的差異性(p< 0.0001)。在直立式檢查台與簡易的輔助器材,確實能改善患者的不舒適性與方便性,而且病患可以調整自己的姿勢去配合檢查儀器,不僅病患配合度提高也較舒適,影像品質也獲得改善。

英文摘要

Clinically, computerized photographic plates are the most basic imaging equipment commonly used for patients following traumatic elbow surgery. However, since CR film still requires a CR reader for computer analysis, there is still some difference in how quickly the image appears. Therefore, unless the patient cannot cooperate due to physical issues, digital imaging radiography is usually used for patient imaging. However, when using bucky table with post-traumatic elbow surgery patients, there are obvious difficulties in extending and positioning patients' bodies due to the materials frequently used in orthopedic surgery to set joints, such as screws, metal plates, or metal guide bars. In this study, 140 post-traumatic elbow surgery patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group, amongst which 76 patients were male and 64 were female, with age ranging from 18 to 80 year-old (mean age of 43.0). Patients in the control group were generally examined using bucky table, while patients in the experimental group were examined using bucky stand. The results show that 4.3% lateral imaging was actually obtained for patients in the control group, while 87.1% lateral imaging was obtained for those in the experimental group. There is evident difference between the two groups(p < 0.0001). Bucky stand and simple auxiliary equipment can indeed improve the level of discomfort and convenience for patients. Furthermore, patients can adjust their posture on their own to fit the exam equipment, not only increasing the degree of patient comfort, but also allowing higher quality images to be obtained.
