側臥位X光檢查在臨床診斷中扮演重要角色，但在實際操作中常會遇到一些技術性挑戰，如患者體位擺放困難和平板偵測器擺置複雜等，這影響了影像品質，導致重照比率偏高。本研究旨在探討使用懸臂式偵測器支架和滑板技術，改善側臥位X光檢查的可操作性和影像品質。收集276名患者,將其分為使用懸臂式偵測器支架和滑板技術的實驗組（n=150）和未使用的對照組（n=126）。比較兩組在重照比率、檢查流程時間和影像品質評分方面的差異，採用SPSS進行統計分析。結果相較於對照組，實驗組的重照比率（28% vs. 58.73%）和檢查流程時間（137.76秒vs.240.95秒）均顯著更低，差異具有統計學意義（p<0.05）。而影像品質評分實驗組（4.53分）略高於對照組（4.41分），但差異未達統計學顯著性（p>0.05）。使用懸臂式偵測器支架和滑板技術能有效提升側臥位X光檢查的操作效率，降低重照比率，對提高影像品質也有一定幫助。這項技術在臨床應用中具有價值，值得進一步推廣。

Lateral decubitus radiography plays an important role in clinical diagnosis, but there are often technical challenges in actual operation, such as patient positioning difficulties and complex flat-panel detector placement, which affect image quality and lead to a high retake rate. This study aimed to investigate the use of a suspended detector frame and a sliding board to improve the operability and image quality of lateral decubitus X-ray examination.276 patients were collected, with 150 in the experimental group using a suspended detector frame and sliding board, and 126 in the control group without using them. The differences between the two groups in retake rate, examination process time, and image quality score were compared, and SPSS was used for statistical analysis.Compared to the control group, the experimental group had a significantly lower retake rate (28% vs. 58.73%) and shorter examination process time (137.76 seconds vs. 240.95 seconds), with statistically significant differences (p<0.05). The image quality score of the experimental group (4.53) was slightly higher than the control group (4.41), but the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05).The use of a suspended detector frame and sliding board can effectively improve the operability of lateral decubitus X-ray examination, reduce the retake rate, and also help to improve the image quality to a certain extent. This technique has value in clinical application and is worth further promotion.
