血泡樣動脈瘤（Blood Blister-like aneurysms, BBAs），占顱內動脈瘤約0.3%～1%，算是相對罕見的動脈瘤，而在診斷及治療上同樣具有挑戰性。通常外科的治療方式不論是直接以血管夾處裡或是直接栓塞後再進行搭橋手術都有很大的風險存在，而目前利用外科包覆血管再配合介入性神經血管內治療利用血流導向支架（Flow Diverter Devices, FDDs）來進行手術，可以降低術中出血的風險以及達到良好的預後。本文紀錄一位患者先經過外科將血管包覆塑形後，再配合利用血流導向支架進行治療的手術結果以及後續追蹤，結果表明患者在術後恢復良好，而後續半年以及一年追蹤下，血管也已經完成良好的重建。

Blood Blister-like aneurysms (BBAs), accounting for approximately 0.3% to 1% of intracranial aneurysms, are relatively rare and present diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. Traditional surgical approaches, whether directly clipping the vessel or performing bypass surgery after direct occlusion, carry significant risks. Currently, utilizing a combination of surgical vessel wrapping and endovascular treatment with Flow Diverter Devices (FDDs) can reduce intraoperative bleeding risks and achieve favorable outcomes. This article documents the surgical results and subsequent follow-up of a patient who underwent vessel wrapping followed by treatment with FDDs. The results indicate a good postoperative recovery, and subsequent follow-up at six months and one year shows satisfactory vascular reconstruction.
