探討影音人生故事書之背景音樂對輕度失智患者之專注力與情緒感受之影響性

高齡化社會的來臨，老人相關照護儼然成為重要的議題，許多研究顯示人生故事書對失智症患者有一定的治療效果與影響性，人生故事書會使患者回憶過去更輕鬆，能造成愉悅感和自傳體記憶的改善。本研究欲探討若將人生回憶故事書轉換成影片，藉由不同背景音樂的改變，探討是否會影響觀看影片的專注力與情緒之感受，本研究對象為輕度失智患者共5位女性，蒐集每位約十五張過去回憶的照片，分別製作成影音人生故事書，背景音樂分別為無、慢節奏、快節奏三種版本，實驗後再以問卷調查法進行，以探討音樂改變後對專注力與情緒感受之影響。結果顯示慢節奏音樂能較造成愉快、輕鬆感，快節奏音樂容易造成分心的感覺，專注力在不同背景音樂下較無明顯之差異。

With the advent of an aging society, the elderly related care and rehabilitation training has become an important issue. Many studies have shown that life story books have certain therapeutic effect and influence on patients with dementia. Life story books make it easier for patients to recall the past, and can improve their sense of pleasure and autobiographical memory. The purpose of this study is to explore whether different background music will affect the concentration and emotional feeling of viewing photos when the life memories story book is transformed into a movie. Five patients with mild cognitive impairment diagnosed by Daozhou Hospital of Hemei Town, Changhua County, were all female. Fifteen photos of past memories were collected from each of them, and the pan zoom effect was added to the photos, three versions of background music, which are non-background music, slow rhythm music and fast rhythm music, are synthesized. Finally, questionnaire survey is used to investigate. The results show that slow-paced music can be more enjoyable and relaxed, fast-paced music can easily cause distraction, and there is no obvious difference in concentration under different background music.
