為了探討不同學科、性別和教育程度對團隊氛圍之的影響,本研究規劃了一個團隊合作任務和團隊氛圍問卷,將受測者分為「設計系」背景與「非設計」背景共8組,各組別的實驗目標以及實驗時間皆相同。在實驗過程中將KJ法導入團隊合作任務中,在實驗完成後邀請受測者填寫團隊氛圍問卷,藉此來探討學科、性別和教育程度在團隊氛圍上之影響。結果顯示學科、性別和教育程度三者中,學科和性別對團隊氛圍中的影響比起教育程度是較明顯的。

英文摘要

In order to explore the influence of different disciplines, genders and education levels on team climate, this study planned a teamwork task and team climate questionnaire. Then divided the subjects into 8 teams with a "design" background and "non-design" background. Each team's experiment task and time are the same. During the experiment, this study use "KJ Method" into teamwork. After the experiment, the participants were invited to conduct the team climate questionnaire, in order to discuss the influence of disciplines, genders and education levels upon the team climate. The results showed that the influence of disciplines and genders on the team climate is more significant than education levels.
