本研究以海灣酒店做為研究場域,針對該酒店將布袋戲的文化價值融入空間氛圍設計進行探討。研究方法以德爾菲專家訪談,獲得該酒店空間設計理念,並根除訪談結果彙整進行三合回專家問卷調查確認顧客體驗回饋問卷。本研究於2019年5月至2019年6月完成旅客問卷調查,獲得30份有效問卷。問卷以變異數分析(ANOVA),確定房客對於海灣酒店本土文化藝設計及空間氛圍感知,是否可以創造愉悅的住房經驗。本研究進行交叉分析以確認不同客群屬性對本土文化藝術融入空間設計的看法。希望能夠藉由本研究,找出氛圍設計、情感設計是否與酒店行銷上具有體驗經濟效益,並提供相關業者於酒店經營行銷上之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
In this study, we took the Hi-one Hotel as the research field, and explored the cultural value of the puppet show integrating the space atmosphere design. The research method was interviewed experts by Delphi method to obtain the hotel space design concept. And to summary the interview results and execute three run expert questionnaires to confirm the customer experience feedback. The study completed the passenger questionnaires from May 2019 to June 2019 and obtained 30 valid questionnaires. The questionnaire uses the analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine whether tenants can create a pleasant housing experience at Hi-one hotel filled with the local cultural art design and spatial atmosphere. This study performed a cross-analysis to confirm the perception of the different cultural properties of the local culture and art into the interior design. We hope that through this research, we can find out whether the atmosphere design, emotional design and experience in the hotel marketing have economic benefits, and provide relevant industry reference for hotel marketing. |
