前言:臺灣已於2018年03月底邁入「高齡社會」,臺灣地區如何幫助高齡人口成功老化之問題將益趨急切。體感式遊戲為近十多年來的新興工具,雖學者陸續整理高齡者對體感式遊戲使用情形,但仍因研究範圍的界定,篇數較少且較為侷限。方法:本研究搜尋2013至2019年於google學術搜尋中關於高齡者使用體感式遊戲之相關文獻,整理近年相關研究發展概況。包含量化研究與質性研究,並將研究方向分為對身體健康的影響與對心理健康的影響。結果:在身體健康方面,體感式遊戲可顯著提升高齡者簡單反應力、平衡等等,對高齡者膝關節本體感覺也有顯著改善,可減少高齡者跌倒機率或增加應變能力,改善其生活品質。研究介入時間由數週至持續3年不等,但不論短期或長期均對身體健康有顯著改善。在心理健康方面,可增加高齡者運動意願,對憂鬱症有顯著改善,可增進社交互動,改善代間關係,甚至可改善高齡者認知能力。討論:以體感式遊戲介入高齡者可在多方面得到助益,尤其在身體健康方面已有許多研究,但適用於高齡者的遊戲軟體選擇仍然較少,需要開發適用於各類需求使用的體感式遊戲。 |
英文摘要 |
Foreword: Taiwan has entered the "Aged Society" at the end of March 2018.The question of how to help older people achieve successful aging in Taiwan will be even more urgent. Exergame is emerging tools for more than a decade.Although some scholars have been tidying up the use of exergame for the elderly. However, due to the definition of the scope of the study, the number of articles is small and relatively limited. Method: This study searches the google scholar for related literature on the use of exergame for the elderly from 2013 to 2019. In recent years, related research has included quantitative research and qualitative research. The research direction is divided into the impact on physical health and the impact on mental health. Result: In terms of physical health, exergame can significantly improve the simple reaction, balance, etc. of elderly. Elderly also have a significant improvement in their knee feelings, which can reduce the chance of falling or increase flexibility to improve their quality of life. The duration of the study intervention ranged from weeks to 3 years, with short-term or long-term interventions that significantly improved physical health. In terms of mental health, it can increase the willingness of the elderly, significantly improve depression, increase social interaction, improve the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren, and even improve the cognitive ability of the elderly. Discuss: Interventions with exergame can help in many ways, especially in terms of physical health. However, there are still few game software choices for elderly, so it is necessary to develop a exergame that suits every need. |
