在長途的飛行旅途中,時差常常影響跨越幾個時區的航空旅客。它是由於自身的身理時鐘與 目的地的晝夜週期不一致而產生睡眠時間紊亂造成的。而出國的旅客多為工作出差,因此需要良好的良好的精神狀況及工作效率,因此為了減少出差旅客產生時差的疲倦感,本研究將探討如何有效的調整身理時鐘,將其分為三個時間點:(1)坐飛機前(2)坐飛機的旅途中(3)抵達目的地後。藉由行動裝置及頸枕幫助旅客調節身理時鐘及減緩在飛行旅途中的肩頸壓力,提供的服務包括目的地睡眠時間及起床時間的提醒,頸枕按摩,航班資訊和個人身理資訊。行動裝置介面及頸枕用於原型測試設計。除了減緩身體不適,同時提高出差旅客的工作效率。

英文摘要

In the long trip travel, jet lag always influences the traveler. It makes traveler sleep disorder because biological clock and destination's time very different. However, traveler needs great mental condition and efficiency for business trip. Therefore, this paper using design thinking to analyze the traveler jet lag problem, and explore how to adjust the biological clock to reduce traveler jet lag. It has three key time on the jet lag we need to consider: (1) before flying, (2) on the way, and (3) arrive. Because this three key time are Time zone transform process. After that, we use the mobile device to connect the neck pillow to help traveler adjust biological clock and reduce the neck pressure in the travel. It provided the destination sleep and wake up time, neck massage, flight information and personal biology information. The mobile interface and neck pillow are for prototyping. It's not only reduce the uncomfortable of body, but also increase the traveler work efficiency.
