由於網路的發達,現代人學習新事物時不再侷限過去的紙本資料,間接地影響到新產品操作學習的模式。但在大眾對網路趨之若鶩的情形下,本研究問題為:是否消費者所偏好的教學媒材真的在學習上也成正比?其兩者的學習成效差異為何?本研究目的:1)了解傳統紙本與影音教學何種教學媒材學習速度最快;2)提供新產品操作使用上的設計。本研究方法分為,針對H43BX智慧縫紉機的縫紉功能,請4位初次接觸縫紉機20~29歲的女性受測者分為兩組,操作10項基礎縫紉功能,分別用傳統紙本與數位真人教學影音兩種不同的操作使用教學,透過現場錄影記錄與比較分析不同媒材受試者學習成效。

英文摘要

Due to the development of the Internet, modern people no longer limit the past paper materials when they learn new things, which indirectly affects the mode of operation and learning of new products. However, in the case of the public's enthusiasm for the Internet, the question of this study is: Is the teaching medium preferred by consumers really proportional to learning? What is the difference in learning outcomes between the two? The purpose of this study is: 1) to understand the traditional paper and audio-visual teaching what kind of teaching medium learning the fastest; 2) to provide new product operation and use design. This research method is divided into two parts. For the sewing function of the H43BX smart sewing machine, please select the four female first-time contact sewing machines. The female subjects who are 20~29 years old are divided into two groups, and operate 10 basic sewing functions, using traditional paper and digital real teaching. Two different operations of audio and video use teaching, through live video recording and comparative analysis of the learning outcomes of different media subjects.
