隨著兩岸交流日益頻繁，陸生來台就學人數持續增加。大陸與台灣有相同語言、相似文化，但與其原生環境仍存有差異，對於大陸學生來台就學之動機、文化認知調適及生活適應值得探究。本研究採質性研究，研究方法為半結構式訪談法，訪談對象以屏東大學八名大陸交換生為主，探究大陸交換生來台就學動機、文化認知與生活適應上的影響。由整理出的訪談逐字稿加以歸納分析，獲得結論如下:一、大陸交換生來台對於相關就學政策多能理解。二、大陸對於台灣招生資訊公開不多，大陸交換生來台就學手續繁雜。三、來台文化認同度高，有助於縮短大陸交換生在台生活適應之時程。四、我方對於大陸以偏概全的印象，大陸交換生盼台灣人民能藉由重新認識大陸，以消彌對於大陸交換生之歧視與差別待遇。五、人親土親的人文風情，大陸交換生對於來台就學在學習上與生活適應上滿意度佳。六、大陸交換生因來台在學習及生活適應上滿意度高，大多表示學期結束回去後願意推薦學弟妹來台就學。

With the increasingly frequent cross-strait exchanges, the number of mainland students to Taiwan school is keeping rise. Mainland China and Taiwan use the same language and have similar culture, but still have differences with their original growth environment. It is worth to explore the education motivation, culture awareness and lifestyle adaptation from mainland students coming to Taiwan school. This study collected qualitative research methods to semi-structured interviews. There are 8 interviewers from National Pingtung University helping to explore the education motivation, the impact of culture awareness and life adapting. From the collecting data, sorting out by the transcript, and inductive analysis, we obtained the following conclusions: 1. Mainland exchange students hope to understand more relevant policy of exchange schooling. 2. To most of Mainland exchange students, the admission information of applying Taiwan school is not much public and all process is too complicated. 3. Due to similar culture between Mainland China and Taiwan, it helps Mainland exchange students to shorten the period of lifestyle adaptation by high cultural acceptance. 4. Through this research, Mainland exchange students hope Taiwan people could re-understand and reduce the hasty generalization impression to china. By this way, people can eliminate the discriminations and different treatment against mainland exchange students. 5. Because of friendly Taiwan people and beautiful land, mainland exchange students are deeply satisfied with Taiwan local culture, school learning, and life adapting. 6. With high satisfaction in school learning and life adapting, most of Mainland exchange students are willing to recommend Taiwan school to their underclassman by end of this semester.
