本研究以資料探勘之分類樹演算法探討及區辨有活躍老化課程學習需求的高齡友善醫院員工之特質。研究採問卷調查法，以嘉義縣某高齡友善醫院的員工為研究對象，發出問卷892份，回收有效問卷867份（97.2%）。研究受訪者的性別以女性較多（佔78.4％）、35歲以下者佔51.0％、已婚者佔54.4％、教育程度以大學較多（67.2％）、職業以護理佔45.6％。在五個學習主題中，「運動保健」的需求最高，其餘依序為「心靈成長」、「生活安全」、「人際交往」和「貢獻服務」。五個學習主題各以分類樹演算法進行分析，結果顯示性別、職業類別、曾參與過活躍老化課程、年齡和預計幾年後退休為關鍵影響學習需求的變項，當中以性別為最關鍵的變項。綜合本研究結果，高齡友善醫院在規劃活躍老化課程時，應依據參與課程者不同人口特質開辦符合需要的課程。

The present study used classification and regression tree (CART) algorithm in data mining to explore and classify the characteristics of age-friendly hospital staff with needs for active aging courses. A questionnaire survey design was used to investigate the staff in an age-friendly hospital in Chiayi County. Of the 892 questionnaire distributed, 867 (97.2%) were returned. Regarding the basic characteristics of the participants, 78.4 were females, 51.0% were under 35 years of age, 54.4% were being married, 67.2% had university level education, 45.6% were nurses. Of the five learning themes, the needs for courses on health maintenance were the greatest, followed by those on spiritual growth, personal safety, social life, and voluntary services. Results from the CART analysis of each of the five learning themes revealed that sex, job type, had participated in previous courses, age, and anticipated retirement time were the key variables affecting the needs for courses. Of these variables, sex was the most important variable. In conclusion, when age-friendly hospitals plan for active aging courses, the courses should be based on the characteristics of the participants to match their needs.
