本文主要是以「系統決策」模型之概念,採立意取樣訪談具有決策背景之休閒活動者。再從訪談內容中歸納、分析,檢證Simon「系統決策」模型是否適合用在休閒行為上。經訪談內容得出,休閒行為就是一種動態決策,他必須藉由不斷的資訊反饋達尋找到滿意的休閒活動。因此,就休閒行為的決策過程基本上脫離不了「系統決策」的模型架構。其次,在研究中顯示,受訪者都一致認為設計與認知是一體兩面,無法各自獨立,因此,Simon的系統圖中「設計」應該修改成「認知(設計)」。另休閒行為是綜合個人認知(設計)、資訊而形成,也就是說方案的選定會受制於個人的認知(設計)、資訊的影響。當個人認知(設計)強烈,受資訊影響較低;如果個人認知(設計)不足,受資訊影響會較高。因此,休閒行為方案的產出,正是「資訊」與「認知(設計)」兩者拉扯之下的產物。資訊並非單向輸入,個人的認知也會指導、排斥資訊蒐集的方向。所以,Simon的「資訊」→「認知(設計)」,宜再增加←(指導、排斥)的符號,才能外拓理論的解釋與應用。

英文摘要

This research is mainly based on the concept of the systematic decision model. The purposive samplings are the interviewees who are the decision maker of the leisure activities that they participate in. Then summarize and analyze from the interview content to verify whether the "systematic decision-making" model is suitable for leisure behavior. According to the interview, it shows that leisure behavior is a dynamic decision. And this leisure behavior must be satisfied by continuous information feedback. Therefore, the decision-making process for leisure behavior is related to systematic decision-making model. Furthermore, the research shows that respondents all agree that design and cognition are two sides of one body and cannot be independent of each other. Another study shows that respondents all agree that leisure behaviors are formed by integrating personal cognition and information, which means that the choice of plan will be affected by personal cognition and information. If personal cognition is strong, the influence of information is low; if personal cognition is insufficient, the influence of information is high. Therefore, the output of the leisure behavior is the product of two interrelated factors which are information and cognition. Therefore, Simon's "information" → "cognition (design)", it is advisable to add ← (instruction, exclusion) symbols to expand the interpretation and application of the theory.
