氣候變遷、環境問題日趨嚴重、世界貧富不均等多面向複雜議題，已非靠單一國家傳統治理模式解決問題，而過去全球發展正是墊基在這諸多社會問題中成長，如今隨著公民自覺、環境保護意識抬頭，維護環境責任不再歸屬於任一團體，而是在每位公民，隨之而來企業社會責任的自醒，但是企業社會責任是一模糊概念，只能透過ESG進行概念上區份環境保護、公司治理與社會連結等三面向。本篇論文研究透由專家訪談及文獻分析研究透由外商迪卡儂的ESG策略運用，探討當前臺灣CSR困境與ESG迷思，而從研究發現，臺灣企業上在CSR以及ESG評鑑尚在啟蒙階段，從企業到政府甚至是社會，以致產官學界皆須重新教育，企業必須從獲利思維跳脫，進而邁向永續經營展。

Climate change, increasingly serious environmental problems and inequality among the world rich and poor are multi-faceted and complex issues, which are no longer solved by the traditional governance model of a single country. In the past, global development was based on the growth of these many social problems. The awareness of environmental protection is on the rise, and the responsibility for maintaining the environment no longer belongs to any one group, but to every citizen, followed by the self-awakening of corporate social responsibility, but corporate social responsibility is a vague concept, which can only be conceptualized through ESG. three aspects: environmental protection, corporate governance, and social connection. This paper researches through expert interviews and literature analysis and explores the application of Decathlon ESG strategies, and discusses the current Taiwan CSR predicament and ESG uncertainty. From enterprises to the government and even society, all industries, officials, and academia must be re-educated, and enterprises must break away from profit-making thinking and move towards sustainable development.
