本研究中使用Arduino ADK做核心開發平台主要以PID(比例-積分-微分控制器)與 PWM(脈衝寬度調變)演算法來完成恆溫電力監控系統,結合IoT(物聯網)技術,在系統中自架的伺服器透過PHP 可以收發來自Arduino 與行動裝置的訊息並存入資料庫中,行動裝置作為顯示與控制部件,啟動後可以通過網頁了解當前的溫度與電力變化和運行時間,實現多點裝置的恆溫及電力監控。可同時監控分散在各地的裝置,讓使用者能夠隨時進行監控。本系統會自動將接收到的溫度以及電壓電流變化的數據即時繪出溫度曲線圖,使用者能清楚了解當前以及過去的溫度變化,溫控效能以及電力消耗情況。

英文摘要

In this research, the Arduino ADK core development platform is used to develop the constant temperature power monitoring system with PID (proportional-integral- derivative controller) and PWM (pulse width modulation) algorithm, implemented with IoT (Internet of Things) technology. The server can send and receive messages from Arduino and mobile devices in PHP. The mobile device can be used both as a display and controller. After starting the system, the web interface displays the current temperature, power changes, and time status. Device temperature and power can be monitored at the same time. The temperature status of devices which is scattered at different place can be monitored at the same time, so that users can monitor all the controlled devices at any time. The system automatically receives the temperature, voltage, and current changes in the data and displays a changes graphic that allows users to observe the changes in temperature, temperature controlled performance and power comsumption.
