未來智能汽車將成為我們生活的一部分,而這類型高科技的汽車種類,其維護、保養的重要性更是不容小覷,甚至在買賣時也有許多需注意的部分。不過許多人也許都碰過以下狀況:買二手車時,無法真正知道汽車的車況,像是里程數與發生過什麼事故等,不得已只能相信汽車經銷商提供的資料為真;另一種狀況為:即使有監理所或保養公司的提醒,車子要定期保養的這件事情卻仍常會被車主們忘記,易導致因疏於保養所引起的各種事故發生。為了降低上述發生的風險,本研究設計了一個基於區塊鏈技術來設計的記錄里程數資料的方法,透過區塊鏈帳本特性,將里程數定期上傳,除了到達保養的里程數後可提醒車主之外,更可以利用區塊鏈不可篡改特性,將這台車實際開過的總里程數記錄下來,確保其數據之完整性。且日後能當作購買保險或買賣二手車時的依據,避免買家遭遇里程數欺詐(Odometer fraud)的狀況,也使進行交易時有一份可信任的里程數數據以供參考。

英文摘要

Smart vehicles would be a part of our life in the future. The significance of the maintenance of this type of high-tech vehicles truly should not be underestimated, and there are many things to be noticed even when trading. However, lots of people might have faced the following conditions, the one is that when buying a second-hand car, they couldn't know the vehicle condition such as its mileage or occurred accidents, etc., and they could only believe the information provided from car dealers is true; the other is that the vehicles to be maintained regularly is still often forgotten by owners even if reminded by supervision or maintenance company, and it would easily result in occurring a variety of accidents because of negligent maintenance. In order to decreasing the risks above, the study provides a method to record the data of mileage, based on blockchain technology. Through blockchain ledger features, the mileage would be uploaded on a regular basis, in addition to reminding owners after reaching a mileage to be maintained, but also ensuring the data integrity by noting the total miles in reality, basing on the untampered features. Also, it can be used as a basis for purchasing insurance or trading second-hand cars, preventing buyers from encountering odometer fraud and supplying a trusted data to be consulted in transaction.
