隨著比特幣(Bitcoin)的興起,各種虛擬貨幣也陸續出現,虛擬貨幣帶動了挖礦的熱潮。而各種虛擬貨幣採用的都是「區塊鏈」技術,此技術整合加密技術、數學及經濟模型等組合而成,它結合點對點的網路關係(P2P),利用數學基礎來建立信任效果,並採用分散式共識演算法,來解決傳統分散式資料庫的同步問題,從一套整合跨領域技術的基礎建設來看,可說是一種優勢。區塊鏈之特色是節點共同驗證,因而不再經由傳統的第三方中介機構進行驗證,而此種節點運作,是建立在信任協定上,因此可將區塊鏈稱為「信任機器」。台灣第一套自行開發的區塊鏈協議為Gcoin,比起其他虛擬貨幣,Gcoin 擁有三大優勢:1. 高效率:改善比特幣需10 分鐘結算速度之瓶頸,Gcoin 每15 秒可結算一次2. 安全:Gcoin 採動態難度調整技術,以解決比特幣的51%攻擊風險3. 完善法規:區塊鏈結合認許制,可配合金融監管的反洗錢及身份驗證規範本研究使用Gcoin 公認制之概念,搭配區塊鏈技術架構為主,將原本於紙本證書資料整合為電子證書的構想,讓電子證書的應用能變成各學校或組織單位所認可之文件,本研究利用Solidity 語言來編寫電子證書相關內容,主要能夠防止相關證書遭篡改的可能,藉此減少紙張浪費、管理及各組織機構驗證證書真偽的時間,提升效率、增強安全之特性。 |

With the rise of Bitcoin, virtual currency has also begun to drive the upsurge of mining, and all kinds of virtual currency is the use of 〞block chain〞 technology, this technology integration encryption technology, mathematical and economic model combination, combined Point-to-point network relationship (P2P), the use of mathematical basis to build the trust effect, and the use of decentralized consensus algorithm to solve the traditional decentralized database synchronization problem can be said to integrate a cross-cutting technology infrastructure; The characteristics of the block chain are validated by the nodes and are therefore no longer validated by traditional third-party intermediaries, and such nodes operate on trust agreements, so the block chains are referred to as 〞trust machines〞. Taiwan's first set of self-developed block chain agreement for the Gcoin, compared to other virtual currency, Gcoin has three major advantages: 1. High efficiency: Gaker can be settled every 15 seconds in order to improve the 10-minute settlement speed of Bitcoin 2. Security: Gcoin adopts the dynamic difficulty adjustment technique to solve the 51% attack risk of Bitcoin 3. Improve the regulation: Block chain combined with the system, to cooperate with the financial supervision of anti-money laundering and authentication norms This study uses the concept of Gcoin public recognition as the mainstay of the blockchain technology framework. In this study, the original idea of integrating the paper certificate information into an electronic certificate allows the application of the electronic certificate to be a document approved by each school or organizational unit. The use of Solidity language to write e-Cert related content, mainly to prevent the possibility of tampering with the certificate, thereby reducing paper waste, management and certification of the authenticity of the organization of the time, improve efficiency and enhance security features. |
