The purpose of my paper is to figure out the determinants of trade flows between Vietnam and European Union; determinants of trade flows between China and European Union. In this paper a gravity model was estimated with panel data and pooled, random and fixed effect estimation with 10-year period time from 2006 to 2015. The data was collected about total agricultural trade, agricultural exports and agricultural imports separately. The determinants were investigated in the thesis including: GDP per capita of Vietnam (China) and partner countries; population of Vietnam (China) and partner countries; real effective exchange rate, distance and colonial relationship.
