近年來保護智慧財產權的觀念不斷推廣，我們去電影院看電影時，電影正式開始前一定會有「支持正版電影」的廣告，告訴大家不要偷拍、偷綠影，杜絕盜版等相關字言出現，又或者是之前的「知名的Youtuber古阿莫事件」新聞，在網路上下載非正版影片進行剪輯、配音、濃縮電影情節等行為，已經涉及了「重製權」，再重新上傳網路則違反了「公開傳輸權」相關規定。就這點而言，他確實是有侵權的，如同隨意上傳盜版電影，也都是會被查緝的，由此可知保護智慧財產權的重要性。本研究的核心為「新型態商標宣告技術」，將影像或影片上傳至我們所建置的網站上，使用者可以自行上傳商標、Logo 或是廣告影片等，達到智慧財產權之保護，如未經版權所有者授權，透過我們所設計的網站植入之「新型動態式商標及影片式商標」將不會被移除。

The concept of protecting intellectual property rights has been popularized recently. The well-known news about the famous Youtuber AmoGood who downloads pirated movies and remakes these movies for his personal uses has involved in legal issues. Accordingly, the protection of intellectual property rights for digital videos is important and urgent. The kernel content of this study is a new type of logo declaring technique which is able to embed a removable visible watermark into a video for intellectual property rights protection. In this way, only a legal user has the right to remove the embedded visible watermark from the protected video. The proposed technique is realized and presented by a self-built website. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
