內門及其周邊地區「劉和反」民間傳說之探究

只要居住在內門老一輩的人，幾乎都知道紫雲宮的緣起是因為劉和來此打家劫舍、放火燒屋，導致原本私祀在家的吳公真仙金身被焚毀僅留下頭部，重新雕塑金身修復後，才因此興建了紫雲宮來供奉。但遭到劉和洗劫的地方可不僅僅只有內門，範圍之廣，就連周遭的南化、龍崎、關廟、田寮等臺南高雄地區也都曾受害過，甚至還擴及到甲仙、六龜以及那瑪夏，所以在民間各地留下了許多關於「劉和反」的傳說。但在歷史上卻大多被忽略，再加上資料少，幾乎名不見經傳，故劉和以及相關的民間傳說是有其研究的必要性。因此本文即以劉和為議題，首先說明內門紫雲宮建廟之緣由，以及此與當地所流傳的「劉和反」事件之關係；其次蒐集有關的資料，然後依據各地方志書對於「劉和反」軼事傳說與文獻史料等紀錄進行比對與分析；再來透過至內門、南化、田寮等地進行田野調查與訪談，從耆老口述中找出相關的線索，再根據所敘述的事發地點進行實地考察，從多方面切入，來檢視「劉和反」到底只是傳說，還是確有其人或真有其事的史實，試圖探究出劉和的真實身分，以釐清其傳說背後的歷史。

The origin of the Ziyun Palace (紫雲宮) in Neimen is linked to a legend involving a thief named Liu He (劉和), who destroyed a statue of the deity Wu Gongzhen (吳公真仙). The statue of Wu Gongzhen was enshrined privately at home, but burned and all that remained was a bust. Local residents restoring the statues and built the temple for it. Liu He's criminal activities weren't limited to Neimen but also affected areas like Nanhua, Longci, Guanmiao, Tianliao, Jiasian, Liouguei, and Namasia in Tainan and Kaohsiung. Folklore surrounding Liu He is abundant in various regions, but historical records are scarce, making research on him and related legends necessary. The text aims to explore Liu He's identity and the historical truth behind the legend by examining local stories, historical records, conducting field investigations, and interviewing elderly residents for clues.
