磨課師已廣泛應用在高等教育、終身教育以及通識教育之上,其全網路影片化的課程傳遞方式,可降低教學成本並落實教育機會均等。本文描述研究者如何在磨課師課程開發中,扮演了探索者與教學者的雙重身分,並探討大學教師如何自製並實施一門通識磨課師課程。本課程的開發歷時兩年,經過了三階段的設計發展、檢視反思與修正,每階段有不同的困境與解決方式。研究者根據課程發展結果提出經驗分析與建議,包含課程設計內涵與方向、課程發展與製作及教學實施經營等三大面向,期提供大學教師進行磨課師製作與研究之參考。

英文摘要

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have been a new form of online education and have become mainstream delivery channels in higher education. In order to provide academic references on the solutions to create MOOCs, this study was implemented to explore how a university teacher independently went through the MOOC production process. This was a two-year project with three stages, and different design and evaluation tasks were generated in each stage. Diverse strategies and approaches were considered in the process, and the data sources analyzed included the curriculum and course design notes, video scripts, video clips, survey results, and participant feedback. This study concluded with a discussion on several MOOC issues. The research is hoped to help promote MOOC video production and improve MOOC video quality.
